The D20 girls is an awesome idea. A modelling agency of Geeky girls for Geeky events! Why didn't someone think of something this awesome sooner. A good friend of mine has recently become a D20 girl. It turns out she needed a cosplay outfit for modeling. After hours chatting back and forth and research we finally decided on her first cosplay outfit to be a Steampunk Air Pirate. So we have been scavenging and sewing and working on creating the perfect look. You can check out the work I am currently doing on a set of goggles for her including texturing, hand painting and a custom leather strap. You can also just click on the Crescendia Gallery on the right side of my Codex Arcanus blog. Keep checking back for more WIP updates. Cheers! Chris, The Promethean |

I am back from Ohayocon and things are moving into full swing for the year. I debuted my Steampunk Thor outfit and it got rave reviews. We had a photo session with a professional photographer and pictures will be up as soon as they arrive. Promethean Foundaries is just about ready to launch with photos and information about Steampunk comissions. My Etsy shop is almost complete. Convention list is being compiled for the year. My project list is currently so full I wonder if I will ever sleep again! Look for the updates coming later this week. Cheers! Chris, The Promthean |

So things are definitely progressing in building of this site. I have now setup new a new gallery add-on for managing photos and added a wiki add-on so I can begin to build a terrain building wiki. On the blog side I have added the ability to crosspost to Livejournal, Facebook and Twitter at the same time. Myspace still eludes me, but I think I can hack together some coding. I am finishing turning my Terrain guides I handed out at Origins into web articles and will be posting those next week. I am also working on a new batch of terrain for our local LGS and will have pictures and maybe a couple tutorials. Finally I am almost finished with my steampunk pistol, the Gryphon mk I. She has been a challenge and I cannot wait to reveal her to the world! Cheers! The Promethean |

Whew, what a fun and exciting week. I am back from Origins Game Fair 2009 and ready to Rock N Roll! I am in the process of converting my Terrain and Mapmaking class packets to websites and will post them as soon as possible. Now I just need to find that wiki software for my terrain area. We had a blast working for the Art College it was our first year and we had 90 art classes and filled nearly every one of them. In fact many of them had overflow and we were taking generic tokens. I think we did our friend Judy proud and she is grinning like a mad fool in the afterlife. I worked with some amazing people and had some amazing students. I am already working on ideas for next year and other conventions. Photos are coming as soon as they are edited. Cheers! Chris |
